About Thomas

Tom has over 35 years of experience in the Construction Industry in all aspects including underground utilities, sewer main repairs and replacements and commercial and residential excavations as well as individual and government contracts. He directly oversees all our field staff and handles all projects in the field alongside our Division Manager, Brian Moore, from start to finish. Tom has his bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Spring Garden College and a volunteer Firefighter for many years. 

Tom applies advanced technical knowledge and analytical skills to resolve complex land development/site improvement issues. Tom has over 3 decades of Construction Experience. Some of his more impressive achievements are turning around a low-pressure sewer main project in Upper Providence Township, Delaware County from -14% to completion at +22% via collaborative team effort, investigating techniques, analyzing bid, changing product installation, and training for crews.
